3. Paid Plans and Billing

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Tikfloo reserves the right to change pricing with notice to subscribers.

4. Intellectual Property

• Tikfloo owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, tools, and AI algorithms.

• You retain ownership of content you create but grant Tikfloo a limited license to use it for platform operation and promotion.

5. Termination

• Tikfloo may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in illegal or abusive activity.

• You may terminate your account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Tikfloo provides tools “as-is” and is not responsible for content performance, lost revenue, or TikTok account issues resulting from using the platform.

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tikfloo disclaims all warranties.

7. Modifications

• Tikfloo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
